Launchround Inc. (“Pencil Bible,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pencil Bible mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Pencil Bible, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Your User Content belongs to you.

Depending on the device, platform, settings, and features you use, User Content may be stored locally on your device, through supported cloud services, or through infrastructure used to provide synchronization and storage features.

Because Pencil Bible is a Bible reading and journaling application, User Content that you voluntarily create may sometimes contain personal, religious, spiritual, or other sensitive information.

We do not require you to include sensitive personal information in your User Content.

Private User Content is processed only as reasonably necessary to provide features such as displaying, storing, backing up, transmitting, and synchronizing your content and operating the Service.

We do not sell the contents of your private annotations or use your private notes to create advertising profiles.

You should avoid storing information in Pencil Bible that you would not want stored digitally.

Device and Technical Information

When you use Pencil Bible, we and our service providers may automatically receive certain technical information, including:

• device type and model;
• operating system and version;
• app version;
• device or app identifiers;
• language and region settings;
• IP address;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;
• dates and times of app activity;
• feature usage information;
• diagnostic information;

This information helps us maintain, secure, troubleshoot, understand, and improve Pencil Bible.

We do not use the contents of your private notes and annotations to build advertising profiles.

Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a Pencil Bible subscription or another product through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider, we may receive information relating to the transaction, such as:

• the product or subscription purchased;
• subscription status;
• trial status;
• renewal status;
• expiration date;
• transaction or receipt identifiers; and
• country, region, or currency information.

Payments made through Apple or Google are processed by the applicable platform.

We generally do not receive or store your complete credit card or payment card details when your purchase is processed directly by an app store.

Your payment information is handled according to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable payment provider.

Communications and Support

If you contact us for support, send us an email, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

The specific third-party services used by Pencil Bible may change as we develop and improve the Service.

• protect the rights, property, or safety of Launchround, our users, or others;
• investigate fraud or illegal activity; or

If Launchround is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of its business or assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Any successor organization will remain subject to applicable privacy laws regarding the information it receives.

7. Selling and Sharing Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

Based on our current practices, we also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable California privacy law.

We do not sell or use the contents of your private Pencil Bible annotations for targeted advertising.

If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

8. Cloud Storage and Synchronization

Certain Pencil Bible features may allow information or User Content to be stored or synchronized using cloud-based services.

The exact storage and synchronization method may depend on:

• your operating system;
• your Pencil Bible version;
• your account;
• your device settings; and
• the features you use.

For example, some Apple-device functionality may use services provided by Apple, while Android and cross-platform functionality may rely on different infrastructure or service providers.

Cloud synchronization depends on systems that may be operated partly by third parties.

No cloud storage or synchronization system can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or become unavailable.

You should maintain independent copies of any information that is especially important to you where reasonably possible.

• providing the Service;
• maintaining your account;

10. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Pencil Bible account and associated personal information.

Where available, you may be able to initiate account deletion directly from within Pencil Bible.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain deletion requests.

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to associated information and User Content.

Some information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.

Deleting your Pencil Bible account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the platform where they were purchased.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet transmission, software application, storage system, or electronic database can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your own information, including:

• keeping your device secure;
• protecting your account credentials;
• using secure device passwords;
• maintaining access to your account recovery methods; and
• keeping your device and software reasonably up to date.

Pencil Bible is not directed specifically to children under the age of 13.

When you leave Pencil Bible or interact directly with a third-party service, that third party's privacy policy and terms may apply.

18. App Stores and Platform Providers

If you download Pencil Bible through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable platform provider may independently collect and process information relating to:

• app downloads;
• purchases;
• subscriptions;
• payment methods;
• device information;
• account information; and
• usage of its platform.

Launchround does not control information processed independently by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

Your relationship with those providers is also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Pencil Bible changes, our technology changes, or legal and regulatory requirements evolve.
